Chilling with Mom post-hike at Seattle’s Green Lake Park.

Chilling with Mom post-hike at Seattle’s Green Lake Park.

Hiked today at Mt. Tabor in southeast Portland, home of much of the city’s drinking water. What do you think, should I go lap some up?

Checking out the flora in Hoyt Arboretum. Looks pretty tasty…

Even though I am pretty badass and awesome, these super-tall trees make a Shiba wonder about one’s place in their world.

Do you see what I see? Noms!

Maybe if I sneak up quietly I can snag one…

Here are some of the other Shibas I talked to at the meetup. Aizu, whom you all know, is on top there.

The black and tan is Emi, who is still only eight months old. In the pic with Emi is Kismet, who actually is Aizu’s half brother. Apparently Aizu’s Dad went off and had another family - huff!

The sesame in the foreground is Kitsune and the other is either Riko or Kiri (that family has two sesames and I can’t tell them apart!).

The one in the last picture is Willie, who lives with Kizmet.

I didn’t catch the name of the red Shiba in the black harness (pic by himeslf), unfortunately.

Chillin’ at the park with Mom and Dad.

My humans can’t keep up.

Checking out the pond. There were ducks…they looked tasty.
