I endorse this book written by Portland food cart dessert extraordinaire, Kir Jensen, who runs The Sugar Cube. It’s called The Sugar Cube: 50 Deliciously Twisted Treats from the Sweetest Little Food Cart on the Planet, and it has all of the recipes my mom and dad drive miles across the city of Portland to pick up.
